The Arizona Film and Digital Media program was established in 2016 with a focus on establishing Arizona as an ideal filming and digital media destination for the entertainment industry. A program of the Arizona Commerce Authority and made possible in part by a sponsorship contribution from YAM Worldwide, Inc., the program works to bring productions that will positively impact state and local economies through job creation, travel, and tourism. 

FILM OFFICE RESOURCE: California Film Commission
The California Film Commission is your one-stop resource for film, TV, and commercial production across the Golden State. California is home to the entertainment industry … and for good reason. We have the best weather (315 days of sunshine), wildly diverse locations (from 840 miles of coastline to vast desert sand dunes), highly skilled crews and the best production infrastructure. 

FILM OFFICE RESOURCE: Colorado Office of Film, Television & Media 
The Office of Film, Television & Media is here to connect filmmakers, animators, gamers & photographers from in-state and out-of-state to the resources they need for a successful project.

FILM OFFICE RESOURCE: Hawaii Film Office
Established in 1978, the State of Hawaii Film Office is the one-stop central coordinator for film and photographic use of state-administered parks, beaches, highways, and facilities. The office works closely with state agencies to assist filmmakers with acquiring film permits, and if necessary, directs them to the appropriate county and federal agencies.

FILM OFFICE RESOURCE: Idaho Film Office
The Commission promotes excellence, education in the arts, access to the arts, and community investment in the arts. Its professional staff administers and develops the programs and services of the agency, assists grant applicants, and provides technical assistance. The board of thirteen commissioners, appointed to four-year terms by the Governor, sets policy for the agency and makes the final determination on grants and awards.

FILM OFFICE RESOURCE: Montana Film Office
It is the responsibility of the Montana Film Office to ensure that our state is “film friendly” while contributing to Montana’s overall economic growth.

FILM OFFICE RESOURCE: Nevada Film Office
The NFO produces an annual production directory available in print and online connecting members of the film industry with resources, services and members of the local production community who are at their disposal when filming in our state.

FILM OFFICE RESOURCE: New Mexico Film Office
The New Mexico State Film Office serves the film and television industry locally, nationally and internationally. Our purpose is to market the state to this industry, service the productions and promote jobs for New Mexicans.

FILM OFFICE RESOURCE: Oregon Film
Oregon Film, a state agency, has a mission to promote, support and advance the film, video, interactive, animation and creative content industries within the state by fostering connections between production, business and public sectors and strengthening this industry’s profile and reputation locally, nationally and internationally.

FILM OFFICE RESOURCE: Utah Film Commission
The Utah Film Commission markets the entire state of Utah for film, television and commercial production. We foster the development of our local talent and crew, promote our unique locations, industry businesses and the Motion Picture Incentive Program.

FILM OFFICE RESOURCE: Washington Filmworks (Non-Governmental)
Washington Filmworks (WF) is the private 501(c)(6) non-profit organization that manages the Motion Picture Competitiveness program as well as a diversity of resources for the creative industries in Washington State. WF mission is to create economic development opportunities by building and enhancing the competitiveness, profile and sustainability of Washington State’s film industry.

FILM OFFICE RESOURCE: Wyoming Film Office
The Wyoming Film Office works hand-in-hand with the film, television and advertising industries bringing production into the state. It’s the Film Office’s function to foster interest in Wyoming among filmmakers, and once those filmmakers decide to shoot in-state, to provide them with a positive production experience. The Film Office likewise responds to requests from production companies for location information, utilizing its extensive Wyoming Media Library for up-to-date information about potential sites.
