Office Management

* Develop, implement, and enforce policies/procedures related to office operations
* Research vendors as needed while managing already contracted vendors
* Maintain an organized, up-to-date list of vendors, renewal dates for agreements
* Manage procurement, purchase, storage, and disposal of supplies, equipment, etc.
* Monitor and maintain office technology
* Responsible for supporting all aspects of accounting/financial mgmt functions
* Interview and hire new staff, interns, contractors, and vendors
* Manage and direct work flow for staff and interns
* Manage the collection and maintenance of staff and board information
* Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
